The main products containing GMOs include crops such as maize, rice, soybean, canola, and cotton.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye has adopted the <b>Precautionary Principle<\/b> with regard to genetically modified organisms and has prohibited the production of GMO products under the <b>Biosafety Law<\/b>. In accordance with the provisions of the <b>Biosafety Law No. 5977<\/b>, which entered into force in 2010, and the <b>Regulation on Genetically Modified Organisms and Their Products<\/b>, which also entered into force in the same year, all required analyses are performed in our laboratory in an accredited manner for food and feed products using nationally and internationally recognised analytical methods, in compliance with the <b>TS EN ISO\/IEC 17025<\/b> standard.<\/p>\n<p>Our analytical services include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>GMO Screening Analysis (p35S, tNOS, pFMV)<\/li>\n<li>Plant-Specific Soy Gene Screening and Identification<\/li>\n<li>Plant-Specific Maize Gene Screening and Identification<\/li>\n<li>Plant-Specific Cotton Gene Screening and Identification<\/li>\n<li>Plant-Specific Canola Gene Screening and Identification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The term Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) refers to living organisms whose genetic structure has been altered through modern biotechnological methods or by the transfer of genes in order to introduce characteristics that do not naturally occur in the organism.
