Compliance with these requirements can only be ensured by determining the relevant quality and purity criteria.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>For example, <\/i><i><b>sterol determination<\/b><\/i><i> is one of the most important methods for determining the purity of olive oil and detecting adulteration.
