For vegan products, <\/i>Animal DNA Detection<\/b><\/i> analysis is performed to determine whether the product contains ingredients of animal origin and to detect any contamination that may occur during the production process. In our laboratory, this analysis is performed on all food and feed products using nationally and internationally recognised analytical methods, in accordance with the <\/i>TS EN ISO\/IEC 17025<\/b><\/i> standard. Animal mitochondrial DNA belonging to classes such as <\/i>mammals, birds, fish, insects, and molluscs<\/b><\/i> is detected by the <\/i>PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction)<\/b><\/i> method.<\/i><\/p>\n
