The Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (T\u0130TCK)<\/b> specifies the requirements for natural and organic cosmetic products in the Guideline on Claims for Natural and Organic Cosmetic Ingredients and Products (Version 2.0)<\/b>.<\/p>\n

One of the key requirements is that natural and organic cosmetic products must not contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs)<\/b>. Section 5.13<\/b> of the guideline clearly states that ingredients derived from genetically modified microorganisms (GMOs)<\/b> must not be used in these products. Therefore, cosmetics marketed as natural<\/b> or organic<\/b> should be free from GMOs, and this claim should be supported by a GMO analysis report<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Upon request, Bilim Laboratory<\/b> provides GMO testing<\/b> to support “GMO-Free”<\/b> or “Non-GMO”<\/b> claims for cosmetic products in accordance with the applicable guideline.<\/p>\n
