📢 The Turkish Food Codex Communiqué on Meat, Prepared Meat Mixtures and Meat Products has been updated.

The new regulation, published in the Official Gazette on 16 September 2026, introduces updated provisions regarding product criteria, compositional requirements, and labeling rules.
