For example, the correct declaration of the statement “Contains Allergens” on food packaging is critical for individuals with food intolerances or allergies to identify whether allergenic substances are present in the product. Likewise, for food products marketed with “Free From” claims, these claims should be supported by laboratory testing.
In our laboratory, allergen analyses are performed using R-Biopharm RIDASCREEN ELISA Kits, in accordance with the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard and by applying nationally and internationally recognised analytical methods.
