The production and marketing of the oils specified in the Turkish Food Codex Communiqué on Olive Oil and Olive Pomace Oil and the Turkish Food Codex Communiqué on Oils Named After Their Botanical Origin in accordance with the relevant technical requirements are of great importance for human health. Compliance with these requirements can only be ensured by determining the relevant quality and purity criteria.

In our laboratory, these analyses are performed both qualitatively and quantitatively using nationally and internationally recognised analytical methods, based on the applicable food codex, regulations, communiqués, and other legal requirements, in accordance with the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard.
